For the image of your company and to remove misery from all these people having same kind of problem I sincerely hope that the development team come forward and give some guidelines how to solve this or other kind of common problems. I have seen so many like me hanging out there for more than several weeks waiting for a solution. it is very unfair on the part of Qtum team to think that all investors are tech-savvy. Luckily I was able to solve this problem. i know perfectly that you are all very busy people solving more important issues but it is these supports and care to little issues that make ordinary people believe in your company.
