JS-library for creating transaction.

Hello to all!
Environment Status: server with deployed Qtum node. I can connect to this server via HTTP to make RPC requests.
I'm stuck in forming transaction in Qtum, using qtumjs library.
I read the readme file of this library. This library had a sample of code that generated the address, then committed the transaction and transferred data to another address. The code requires a solar.json file, that contains information about my deployed contracts. This documentation describes that in order to generate the solar.json file I need to deploy the Go environment, plus Solidity compiler, plus docker. The question is: do I really need to deploy all this environments to make a transaction, using qtumjs library or there is an easier way to make a test transaction?
