Wallet.dat didn't seem to fully recover wallet

I had to clean install Windows. I copied over a wallet.dat backup, but my wallet only shows one of my two transactions. The one missing was from last night.
explorer.qtum.org has all the correct information about my wallet and says the transaction was completed, but I'm unable to see it in my wallet so I obviously can't start staking with it or... you know, use it.
What are my options? I'm using windows.

A new transaction would not show up unless the wallet was completely synced up to the block number of your last transaction.

Thanks, can you tell us how to fully sync when the wallet is stuck ? Mine has been stuck for weeks and I now would like to move my coins....

There is a new Qtum Core wallet available. This is a recommended update for everyone. This fixes a bug that sometimes would cause syncing to pause or stop. It also fixes a bug that caused the wallet to crash for many people when using -logevents due to a leveldb bug.
I've done what you recommended. Problem is still same. Help!

No. I did not use logevents.
I did something today and I don't know how to recover my Qtum tokens from the old wallet. I created a new Qtum wallet today with zero tokens in it now. This one sync perfectly up to date.
I don't see my old Qtum wallet with tokens in it anymore. (This one was not synchronizing at all).
How can i transfer my tokens into the new wallet? I do have my old wallet address stored on a sheet of paper.

@eddyqtum quit the wallet, replace the new wallet.dat with your old one, restart, then you will find your qtum back, and then you need add token manually, and it will show up.
if you don't know where the wallet.dat locates, go to "Help" -> "Debug window" -> "Information" -> "Datadir"

For the image of your company and to remove misery from all these people having same kind of problem I sincerely hope that the development team come forward and give some guidelines how to solve this or other kind of common problems. I have seen so many like me hanging out there for more than several weeks waiting for a solution. it is very unfair on the part of Qtum team to think that all investors are tech-savvy. Luckily I was able to solve this problem. i know perfectly that you are all very busy people solving more important issues but it is these supports and care to little issues that make ordinary people believe in your company.
