How am I going to get my QTUM now?

  • @battlechort i'm in the same you situation ( 2238 qtum freezing in my ico365 account ) ...
    i think the " confirmed to retired and cleared verification program " is a " soft " mode to write " refunding of the btc/eth of 6 months ago " ..... ( despite the x10 changing qtum/btc uptrade )

    is clearly no LEGIT approach and attitude for no chinese user ( i'm Eu user ) and because QTUM foundation is a Singapore entity .......

    this is my little extrapolation of the my reference post on Bitcointalk Official forum ( post of today 10 09 2017 ) ....

    I have a question for Earlz and Qtum users here .....

    you could contact urgently who in your company followed the ico to solicit ICO365 managers to find a right solution (I just want to repay in erc20 qtum token or in the CURRENT exchange qtum/btc or eth, or legit QTUM coins) ...... please kindly we are awating  for your official answer HERE .....

    if that was not the case and all of us had a refund of the ' investment of 6 months ago (in my case 0.6 btc that now at the current exchange rate is about 6.58 btc) there would be neither party (QTUM foundation and ICO365 administration) a professional, ethical attitude .... and I should also say not legitimate if not illegal .....

    also i am an EU user (non-Chinese), QTUM is a Singapore company ..... why can not you just send the erc20 qtum as it is doing Bizhongchou ?? I look forward to an official response ... both here on Bitcointalk, Reddit, Slack and 4chan there is not yet an official position plummet by the QTUM Foundation since ICO365 until yesterday was your OFFICAL and RECOMMENDED partner and you have officially recommended to invest from this OFFICIAL portal .... THANKS ..........

    p.s. i think a legit solution is not only for me or Tasunko , but for hundred for non chinese users that who have supported you economically 6 months with their BTCs and eths and are now cleared with "leterally" a kick in the [censored] .... I do not know the official position of other portals ( Yunbi, ICOAGE, Allcoin and BTC9), but Bizhongchou we are seeing it is resolving the "critical" situation by sending the erc20 token to the users correctly .....

    please give an official answer and clarify here what you are doing (or not) ... because many users who have invested 6 months ago in your company is now VERY dissatisfied (angry) about how the situation evolves .... there are many BTCs on the table of many users (hoping ICO365 is not fraudulent and want to keep our QTUM token at ultra discounted price) .... and many families ....

    I really hope that the situation is resolved for the better, despite everything I continue to support the project, I think it's really great and huge potential ... and the team is working effectively, respecting all planning deadlines (rare attitude in cryptoworld ) ....*

  • Just an fyi in the release on the work they've done for Sept 11th there was a mention that if you bought through ico365 you need to contact them.

    The team is working on it as you can see in the second picture I posted. Earlz said they are working on a solution while maintaining chinese regulation. You will just have to be patient. I will ask Brett to look at this post specifically next time I see him online...

  • This is a general question for anyone in this thread, I was wondering if anyone has gotten a response to their emails. I've sent out emails each time doing exactly as asked and haven't heard anything back. With the token swap deadline looming I'm getting a little nervous and was wondering if maybe I haven't done something correctly and should keep sending emails, I don't want to flood them with messages but I also don't want to miss out on the token swap because I was being polite.

  • Latest post from qtum says to contact them and it might be a while, 2 weeks. Not a huge problem as they also seem to be preparing for people who aren't able to swap at an exchange.
